S-Rank Cosmos DPS

Hotori

"Timekeeper"

Overview

Hotori is an S-Rank Cosmos Solid character who manipulates time itself. Her unique Non-Closed Timepiece mechanic replaces traditional cooldowns and energy — she spends accumulated time energy to record ally skills and replay them during her devastating Time Stop Ultimate. She requires no Ultimate Energy, making her burst timing entirely player-controlled.

Skills

Normal

Basic Attack: Misty Moon Style

Wields her weapon and performs up to 5 consecutive attacks, dealing Cosmos DMG. Displays a Non-Closed Timepiece when switched in that accumulates energy over time (caps at 120).

Skill

Present Replay

No cooldown. Costs 60 Timepiece energy. Deals 7 instances of Cosmos DMG to an area. Records Support Skills and Redirect Skills used by allies for 5s (up to 3 recordings, each character once). Replayed during World's Tide.

Ultimate

World's Tide

No cooldown or Ultimate Energy cost. Requires full Timepiece energy (120). Deals 10 instances of Cosmos DMG. Draws katana from umbrella, slows time to near standstill. Builds combo stacks with katana attacks (Finisher DMG at 10 stacks). Replays all recorded attacks. Cannot switch characters during Time Stop.

Support

Support Skill

Throws the umbrella, dealing 1 instance of Cosmos DMG to an area.

Passive

Time Manipulation

Blossom Enhancement: Prevents Vita Bud attacks from pausing during Time Stop. Passive: Increases World's Tide Finisher DMG Ratio by 100%. Exploration: Can slow time outside of battle while Timepiece has energy.
