Justice Executioner
The Unstoppable Enforcer
Justice Executioner is a secret boss that appears when the player reaches Wanted Level 4-Star. At Level 99, it has extremely high ATK and requires near-perfect dodge execution to survive. This is the hardest boss encounter in NTE.
How to Trigger
Justice Executioner is not a standard boss encounter — it only appears under specific conditions:
- Accumulate a Wanted Level of 4-Star (by causing chaos in the open world)
- The Justice Executioner spawns as a response to the player’s wanted level
- It is Level 99 regardless of the player’s level, making it an extreme challenge
This is considered the hardest boss in the current version of NTE and is intended as an endgame skill check.
Attack Patterns
Justice Executioner has extremely high ATK values — most attacks will one-shot or two-shot characters at normal gear levels. The fight is essentially a no-hit challenge.
Devastating Strikes
Every attack from Justice Executioner deals massive damage. There is no room for error — getting hit even once or twice typically results in defeat. The boss uses a variety of:
- Fast melee combos with minimal recovery time
- Area-of-effect ground slams
- Pursuit attacks that track the player’s position
- Multi-hit combo strings that chain if the first hit connects
Speed and Aggression
Unlike other bosses that have clear attack-rest cycles, Justice Executioner maintains constant pressure with very short windows between attack strings. The player must dodge almost continuously while finding micro-windows to deal damage.
Strategy
This fight demands near-perfect execution and is not recommended until the player has mastered all combat mechanics.

Rewards
Defeating Justice Executioner grants rare enhancement materials, unique accessories not available elsewhere, and achievement rewards. This is a prestige encounter — the rewards are valuable but the primary motivation is the challenge itself.
Tips for Preparation
Before attempting this fight, ensure:
- All team members are at maximum level with fully upgraded gear
- You have mastered Critical Dodge timing on every other boss
- You are comfortable with character switch i-frame dodging
- Consider practicing on Nestbound Bird (also high damage) as a warm-up
